About Our People

We are a family-owned business, dedicated to creating high-quality feeders that stand the test of time. At WMI Feeders, we design and manufacture a wide range of products, all of which are made in Australia, using quality materials. We prioritise value and durability above all else, and aim to produce innovative solutions that have ease-of-use in mind. Our products are safe and reliable, and can be depended upon for your farming needs.

We are proud of our business, and aim to provide exceptional customer service to those we work with. Below, we explain a little bit about our people, about our products, and about us. Read on to find out more about our people!

Our People

WMI began in April of 2009, when Jason Willie and his father Wayne took over Carroll’s Manufacturing Industries. Jason had previously completed his apprenticeship in engineering and fabrication with Carroll’s, and was heavily involved in the design and production of their popular Pa-Mick and Albybone bale feeders, along with other farm machinery. We currently employ four staff members, including three apprentices.

Our bale feeders can either be purchased directly from us, or through one of our trusted dealers. We have dealers in a range of areas across Australia, including Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia, and Tasmania.

Our Products

Since taking over Carroll’s in 2009, WMI has released two bale feeder machines into the market. These are the Elite round bale feeder, which was released in May 2010, and the Champion multi bale feeder, which was released in 2012.

By providing quality products, we are able to ensure customer satisfaction. One testament to the quality of machines we build is that the first machine we ever made is still going strong, 17 years later! We understand that farming machinery needs to be built to handle the tough Aussie conditions, and have created our products accordingly. We engage with customers for feedback in order to improve our existing products where possible, and in the process of designing our new machines.
